• WASHINGTON March 8, 2012  As a direct result of LAS attendees efforts, Senator John Boozman (R-AR) and Representative Mick Mulvaney (R-SC) have agreed to circulate a “Dear Colleague” letter to their fellow members of Congress in order to push back against the DOJ’s January 31, 2012, clarification that would require pool lifts to be a costly and permanently fixed.
  Contact your Senators to ask them to support the “Dear Colleague” pool lift letter in the Senate.
